The working atmosphere was comfortable,the systems were well in place and user friendly. Intellectual & skill developement was good.

Dislikes

True potential of a person was not fully realised and job allocation & renumeration was not always appropriate to the persons capabilities.Bad politics by people working just above you,and it did not seem to reach the seniors.
