Dislikes

I joined SunLife in January 2019, and although I'm leaving in a few months, I genuinely have no major dislikes. The company is fantastic overall. One area that could be improved is the work-from-home (WFH) policy. SunLife currently has a requirement for two days of work from the office, and if you need WFH on those days, it can be ahassle. Rather than granting WFH for urgent needs, the usual option is to take a leave, as WFH needs leadership approval. Ironically, when team volumes are high, WFH is often approved without a problem – I still wonder how that works out! Still, only two office days are required, and if you’re based outside Delhi, you can plan around this and manage longer visits home by scheduling leaves for office days. It’s a good setup, but just a bit more WFH flexibility would make it even better....Read More

Nothing They don't have any commitments towards their employees. They just give different excuses when it comes to compansation or promotion. They have gangs within company and ground level employees suffter due to this.
