Big and Stable process oriented organization. Full job security and work Life balance. Instead of some of the best workplace to work with in North India, one of the most underrated company in NCR as brand name is tied with its Indian counterpart. Management is little older but it's now revamping, policies are changing and company has started lots of digital initiatives in Asia and Canada. Lots of learning initiatives including free Udemy access, Company is currently using almost all the major technologies. Currently remote but free food when working in company premise. Open door policy you can have 1:1 with the directors and management frequently. Appraisals are mostly fair and eligible candidates can get upto 2-3 hikes and Salary corections within a financial year. Bonus are good and can easily go beyond 100% if you perform good enough. Dislikes

Little slow paced company because of its mammoth size. Working Shifts would go till 10 PM for IT team due to timezone mapping but there would be no micro management. Lots of vacancies for Technical architects and Engineering Managers and company is finding it hard to get them onboard.

Work Details

My job is very interesting and eventful, if anyone work hard they will be promoted to extended roles in this company and same happened with me and now I am leading a team even after hired as developer only two years back.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
