Work Culture is best, Senior staff support n helps you! It's always about which team you join! So get someone who may help you decide whether you should work under specific manager!

Dislikes

Really disappointed with appraisal's not because whether I deserve or not. Everyone will get same appraisal who are similar post with you, it doesn't matter you performed too well or bad! Politics is there which I really hated! No benefits or facilities like transportation cafeteria etc etc.

Average, to acquire new skills you need to try in your own time, I did not get to work on projects like cloud based which is disappointed.
