Terrible company policies. Time logging on 2 different places. No transparency in appraisal process, delayed by months without any notice or regrets from company. Employees opinion are never taken for any decision making, once decisions are made you have no choice but to accept it on Google form else HR will keep asking you to accept. If you ask questions about company policy your appraisal will be on the lower limit. Sellling fake dreams of sending you to founder club with added benefits, which club doesn’t exist it’s just lollipop for you to work more than 8 hours. Employees are asked not to take leaves and work even when you are on leaves for few hours in return of 80% of the days salary but you would only see it in December salary so it’s another lollipop for you to stay with this company. Word of advice for Successive, if you don’t want your employees to leaves your company don’t make policies because of which they won’t be able to leave company for some lollipops instead make policies so employees centric that they wouldn’t want to leave your company...Read More
