Great platform for learning especially for juniors. Versatility and empowerment to take decisions are a plus. Strides is a good pay master

Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.

- Poor support - Late response for action - Policy are not implemented equally to operator and management staff. - Culture not fair.

Good in traditional and cultural values. Good relationship with employees from management in terms of giving employee benefits. Caring Admin staff for pandemic situations. Food is very good. Free transportation.

Dislikes

No Job security and no value for employees hard work during any major Audit contributions. Very bad approach from management in recognition of employees hard work efforts.

Nice people. All are pretty welcoming here. The work environment here makes employees feel connected and happy. They don;t want to leave because they;ve gotten used to the workplace, the people, and the management. The best part is that experienced employees are happy to share their knowledge and help new team members.
