Toxic work culture Unethicalness Strict timing (10-7....may extend to 9....sometimes they made their employees work even after reaching home) So much of office politics Backstabbing Work on even festive holidays No job security, and chance for improvement, they can fire their employee anytime if they're not satisfied or if we disobey them Payroll structure is very hectic, no transparency related to deductions they're making from employees salary No pay for overtime Worst work life balance No employee engagement Salary increment = N/A Overall company culture = toxic...Read More
