I do like only the shift timing about most of the process has day time work.
Dislikes
No additional benefits for employees, no proper professional work culture and management, never thought about attrition % and feedback, long working hours every day without OT. No free transport, worst leave management without any backup. Extra work pressure. Less shift allowance and incentives. Etc..
