Work-life balance is zero. Even in a medical emergency or on a week off they force to work and complete the task otherwise will lead to serious consequences like PIP etc. The pathetic work environment team lead and manager of them are incompetent and irresponsible to complete the task in the scheduled shift timings.

I would love to work at aegis pvt ltd. I got my first promotion at there. It was a very wonderful experience to work with the company.

Dislikes

Appraisal was not up to the mark.
