All the things not happy with salary they don't provide any salary increment and no off even when your in no condition to come to office if your not able to come then they will not Mark your lp or cl they just cut the salary

First of all Aegis now not a part of Essar. After left essar group company became hell. Staff over there are cheater. I suggest only join that persons who want to start his or her first job for some time.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
