1)Worst culture : people are distant and non supportive. Such a waste of time and energy 2) no support: The person who claims to be the CEO has two months of experience working with people and that shows. He is never available and expects everything to be done magically . 3) Terrible boss , always trying to insult people 4)They will never pay you full salary and when asked they will give you hundreds of excuses 5) You are expected to handle 3-4 departments even when you are hired for one. There was nothing good about the company. No job satisfaction, no work-life balance, and no growth opportunities for employees. I have had the worst Manager who knows nothing about running a company and the management.

It was horrible. Employees don’t get to take ownership of their work. There is always your so-called looser manager hovering over your shoulders.
