I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Good working nature and feel like working at india not abroad. All the colleague and managers are move friendly.

Dislikes

No hope for learning any industrial new technology. No having any professional software to make easiest way of work and reduce the time consumption. Sitting at office 10 hour daily this is very long and travel from camp to office and via. very far nearly 2 hour wastage daily.
