Worst company ever to work with, poor working enviroment, undersalaried employees and mostly the staff specially so called operational head is soo proudy and ill manered which leads to zero personal growth and development. I hope bosses in company would change the so called operational staff so the new comers in the company could make a positive approach for this company.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
