Initially when I joined Stanza living it was in good hands the management on the ground was good and supported us with everything for 2 years. Later on the company started to make changes because people started asking appraisals and promotions. At this point the management showed their true colour and left us hanging by just saying that we will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

A long list. 1. Absolutely 0 job security. 2. Very poor management. They may hire you at huge salary but after 3-4 months, they may not able to pay you and HR asks you to resign. 3. Lack of vision.
