Assistant Manager - HR (F&B Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for kitchen staff, including CDP, DCDP, Commis, and Catering Supervisors.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment process by optimizing sourcing channels and reducing TAT.
• Maintain a high offer-to-join ratio through proactive candidate engagement.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and exits.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to understand workforce requirements.
• Work on retention strategies to enhance workforce stability and reduce attrition.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Utilize data-driven insights for recruitment planning and decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in QSR, food retail, hospitality, or high-volume hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Go-getter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel & HR systems for managing recruitment data and processes.
