Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Manage bulk hiring processes from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2C or BPO recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles (bulk hiring) and mass hiring techniques.
  
• Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective interviews.
  
• Proficiency in job posting creation on various platforms like Naukri.com etc.
