- End-to-End Domestic Recruitment: Overseeing the entire recruitment process for domestic hiring, including bulk or volume hiring for business expansion.

- Onboarding: Handling the onboarding process for new hires, including induction and joining formalities.
- HRMIS: Maintaining HR Management Information Systems (HRMIS), including employee databases for new hires, transfers, resignations, and attrition. Tracking candidates and generating HR-related reports.
- Internship and Campus Placements: Managing internship programs and campus recruitment drives.
- HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner): Streamlining HR functions, reporting on HR metrics, improving retention, forecasting staffing needs, managing exits, promoting employee wellness, and maintaining organizational values.
