Introduction

Looking for a recruiter with bulk hiring experience for sales. The candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the bulk hiring process and should be well versed in using job portals like Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed/Facebook and other platforms, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies

2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidate

3. Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms

4. Assisting in the planning of company events

5. Coordinating new hire orientations

6. Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Ketto

What you bring to the table:

1. Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO

2. Availability to work from office for 6 days in a week
