Job Role / Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated Bulk Hiring Recruiter specializing in non-IT Sales recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill sales positions in large volumes. The role requires a strategic approach to bulk hiring, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates for non-IT Sales roles.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with organizational values.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Utilize innovative recruitment techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to expand the candidate pool.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Implement assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies, suitability, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
