Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and lead a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding

- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs

- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to improve hiring processes

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

- Proven leadership experience in managing a team of recruiters

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduation
