“One challenges I have noticed while working at stanza living is the fast paced nature of the work, which can sometimes make it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. However, I can understand that this is often the case in a growing and dynamic company. Initially when I joined Stanza living it was in good hands the management on the ground was good and supported us with everything for 2 years. Later on the company started to make changes because people started asking appraisals and promotions. At this point the management showed their true colour and left us hanging by just saying that we will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months...Read More
