1. No Job Security: The role lacked stability, with frequent layoffs or job insecurity being a significant concern. Employees often felt uncertain about their position in the company, creating an environment of fear and stress. 2. Toxic Work Environment: The workplace atmosphere was far from supportive or motivating. Instances of favoritism, unprofessional behavior, and lack of mutual respect were common. Employees often felt undervalued and disrespected by management. 3. No Appraisals: Despite hard work and dedication, there were no performance-based appraisals or salary hikes. This lack of recognition severely affected morale and motivation. 4. No Incentives Post Target Completion: Even after achieving or surpassing targets, employees were not rewarded with promised incentives. This practice made employees feel unappreciated and discouraged further effort. 5. No Work-Life Balance: The company had unrealistic expectations and long working hours, leaving no time for personal life. Employees were often overburdened, leading to burnout and mental stress. 6. Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees. I have been working with the organisation in Hyderabad for last 2+ years . Senior leadership of Hyderabad is very support and give us ample opportunity to learn and grow professionally. All managers (across level) are internally promoted in Hyderabad and backed performance oriented culture. Zero tolerance on non compliance of business ethics or deviation on company policies.

I worked with tech and product - so the vibe and the team are definitely good. People have strong pedigree and generally all are super smart and from elite pedigree - so obviously it is challenging work and rewarding. I did learn great things and work-wise - I enjoyed whatever I have done and probably even learned some stuff.

Worst management that I have ever worked with. They are smart people but completely lack empathy and respect for people. I had the most toxic manager that I ever worked with (his name is Gaurav Agarwal and currently he is AVP at Spinny - unfortunately such people do get promoted and that is a reality of this world) and his behaviour was encouraged by the overall team. Everyone had that typical ego and dilliwala NCR-ish brash culture that is super off-putting and very vomit inducing. They are solving a good problem and the founders are well connected to raise massive funding - so this could've been a great company but alas they're lost in their own delusions of grandeur....Read More

Initially when I joined Stanza living it was in good hands the management on the ground was good and supported us with everything for 2 years. Later on the company started to make changes because people started asking appraisals and promotions. At this point the management showed their true colour and left us hanging by just saying that we will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months...Read More
