Company policies are followed in letter and spirit. Implementation of internal policies is done with utmost professionalism. Lot of check and balances are there so that there is no room to bypass such policies.
Personal growth, work life balance, remuneration as per market standards - these factors are not given slightest of importance by department heads. It's good to be working with Standard Chartered Bank with WFH. Work is there but there is shift allowance for day and night, plus cabs. India Trade is bad. Best are US and UK shift process.
