They are not supporting anyone through Covid-19. Most people were asked to come back to work in May itself despite there being no disruption on the work front with WFH. Job Safety is there, but the work is never ending. If you work 24/7, they'll just fire the rest of the staff and assign their work to you too. They are in a habit ofhiring 2 people for a job of 10 and then calling you incompetent and slow....Read More

There can be no constructive feedback here. Do away with your silly scorecards for employees, we are not some software that you can rate against Scorecards. (Yes that is how appraisals work here, they have a software that records every single mistake you ever make and then downgrades your rating based on that). Introduce work life balance, Have an HR Team for your employees, act on the results of the annual myvoice survey and on and on and on....Read More
