I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Management is super dull .total currupt gallop all benifits during final settlement. Poor hr and administrative don't even listen neither reply. Increments only for buttering people no benifits for hardwormanship. Overall poor management.
