No job training, just gave me random things to work on. Nobody reviews the work, no senior pays attention. It's just a team of 4-5 and no one to work with. Get's boring after a while

The company does not provide any job security and the pay is quite low. They hire in spree for a month or so and then dismiss without a legit cause. Working late in office.
