The company has good scope to grow and envision to scale-up. However, there aren't much scope for employees to nurture learning & development and above all job security. This applies to all its entities namely, Benefitalign Technologies, Sesame etc.

Dislikes

There needs to be a value add for the employees and not to follow the hire-and-fire technique which will not yield a good brand value. It would be good for the management to ensure the employees are given good opportunity and platform to learn and grow at all levels. Job security, employee engagement, learning & development are missing here. The Managers are completely ignored and not given any training or support from the leadership. There is no process laid out or followed neither willing for any change. The blame game for any failures is easily tagged to the Managers with no proper reviews or brain storming done to find the root cause. Easy solution is to replace so that the current pain area is resolved with no long term employee relationship. No yearly hike or rightful compensation. The variable component is just a number sake. Every delivery is urgent & high priority because there isn't a plan and vision on the upcoming forecast. This leads to 24/7 support of work and drains out your life balance. It's high time the company hear and enact to these grievances because the HR team is just a dummy team whose Head was let gone sometime ago and this team delivers as per the Management call led by few Sr. officials both in India & US. Ultimately no benefits and folks stay here just for the sake since they are locals and settled here. If anyone gets a chance to move on they wouldn't think twice.
