Job security is nil. Hire and fire mode are common here. No learning, growth and very poor initiatives from Management and Leadership. Salary hikes are very poor for managers upwards.

Dislikes

The hire and fire mode. You get a gig and if Client isn't paying then the employee has no bench-life. Likewise, employees being part of the system and being productive for years are just being fired, reason being financial crunch with no reasonable compensation given to them. That is sad and very poor way of supporting employees. Salary structures are not in benefit for employees. Variable components is just namesake too. Overall it's governed and channelized by folks who are closed knitted with no long-term visions. Their tatic is to bring someone highly qualified even will stretch to meet their compensation, once things get established then fire mode happens.
