Till now nothing it's only 6 months and can't find a flaw in the company.

Work Details

Work is balanced everyday everything is sorted equally between our executives.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
