Teammates will be mostly good, training will be fun and easy, job security is high , career growth depends on your performance, starting take home salary for a associate is around 9k, travelling and outing is rare and mostly doesn't happens , politics is slight in ratio compare to the position , learning will be less only , work environment will be depending on the respective teams.
