Best place to start your career, although company has been there for over a decade work and ethics feels like a startup. You can work on anything from design, frontend, backend and deployment. Little hard-work can turn you into a lead in no time. Job security at it's finest, they'll not let you go unless you want to.

Dislikes

Compensation can be better, just like any other company you can get the desired hike if you submit offer letter from another company (On manager's recommendation). Take home will be way less than other companies providing same package. Best if you are in and around Madurai.

Appraisal is the first concern which never be provided to the level. Team is excellent except the lead. No travels can be expected, awards rewards fun parts are totally missing in this organisation which when improved can make this a best place to work and enjoy life as this company has a branch in Madurai.
