was working in trainee support. a worst company i have seen. life will become hell. start working 8am and no logout time, need to work sometime till midnight too.

Work envirnoment is bad. Need to work almost 12 hours on daily basis. Poor team management. Dont provide training to new joinees. Seniors have very bad attitude towards freshers & new joinees. Whenever u try 2 coordinate with devloper or any concern team to discuss issues ur calls wont responded. Team is also not supportive if u raised any issue and asked for help in grp , msg will be seen but no one will help u. If u worked on sunday they dont give week off. It was horrible for me if ur calls not responded ,Unsupportive team, bad attitude seniors, even if u raised all this 2 manger formal meeting will happened but same cycle will repeat again from next day.

There is no job security they just randomly remove people. Work culture is worse. You have to streach your work hours daily.

There is a lot of politics and the management is worse. The CEO is always shouting to someone in his cabin like he has been possessed by something. There is no proper training given. They just expect you to know everything. Sab maa key pet sey seekh ke aaneka. If you ask some doubts to the manager or coworker they get fustrated.

Exploring end to end software development life cycle like requirement gathering, proposing solutions to clients, analyzing & designing, coding, testing, debugging, deployment & support. Not many companies give you an opportunity to be on every stage of our product. I saw many software engineers who come from bigger companies struggle to work here. Since they never worked for end-to-end role and they had BA for requirement gathering, Architect for designing, Technical lead for telling software engineers what do write, QA that too various teams specific to manual, automation, load, stress, security testing etc. So working in corporate for many years will make to an expert in any one role or few more. Whereas working at SmartConnect Technologies makes you an all rounder who is capable to work across any level and can manage clients expectations by building his own team like him/her in a short span of time. You evaluate candidates based on skills. Be open to tell them that there could be a culture misfit. As you expect people to deliver in less time and also expect them to perform at all levels of software development life cycle. Hence be clear with new hires before they join.

I was delivering a solution for BFSI client. You will be surprised to know that their clients are big companies who have no idea on what they want. Yes that's the case. So as a Developer/Technical Lead/Consultant you must be more clever than their clients
