Smartconnect is a fake company. They are cutting employees salary, forcing for resignation, no holidays and leave, work atleast 14 hours because you are working from home.

They don't have leave policy, no work from home, salary deductions, no work life and balance. All 5 star rated reviews are submitted by the HR or Boss.

No Job security, anytime you will be fired, when you will leave you will not get current months salary too. Bad management, very poor compnay policy.

Received the Offer letter in June, Joining was postponed on the same date, Till now, no joining has been done, they are not even replying to Emails, and HR is also not responding. Think before going to an interview.

Work envirnoment is bad. Need to work almost 12 hours on daily basis. Poor team management. Dont provide training to new joinees. Seniors have very bad attitude towards freshers & new joinees. Whenever u try 2 coordinate with devloper or any concern team to discuss issues ur calls wont responded. Team is also not supportive if u raised any issue and asked for help in grp , msg will be seen but no one will help u. If u worked on sunday they dont give week off. Never seen such team and management in life. very poor
