1.Top managment bias and play politics 2.So called service compnay its just like consultancy 3.No facilities e,g Parking , Cafeteria , office cubes 4.Fake Designations offered based just 3-4 years work experince in RTL/DFT/ANALOG / PD/VERIFICATION domains 5.Technical managers are just new in domains having less experince in orno expertise 6.Few tech managers only good not all. 7.HR and TA teams are just crap 8.Interns and freshers are being exploited salaries are 3-4 LPA and Bond of 3 yrs with 6LPA amount which is worst in VLSI indusrty 9.Mtech and Btech from good institutes DO NOT JOIN here to save your career 10.
