Worst consultancy ever... And one of the unprofessional managers working here is named Somananth. T | Asst. Manager, HR Specialist | SixSigma SoftSolutions Pvt. Ltd. They first convinced me to appear for an interview even though I was not much interested, and then when I got selected and everything was ready to join the company, they gave me reasons and kept postponing the offer letter. After a few days, they stopped answering my calls. When I called from another number, they disconnected while I was talking. At least as an HR, you should inform the other person that we can't hire you for so-and-so reasons. My sister is an HR too, so I know how they work and what responsibilities they have towards candidates and clients too. Zero professionalism. They even lie to you just to convince you to attend the interview. Don't call yourself an HR if you don't know how to communicate and have some professionalism. Its a manpower company which provides resources to MNC companies. Managers are arrogant and irresponsible, no support for employees under them. Employees are only for making money from client companies. Worst is they are not transparent on notice period and final settlement for employees.
