- can learn lots - can do repetitive stuff as well - can involve in new projects and new tech stacks

Dislikes

- no work life balance - working on weekdays and weekends ( 10 am to 11 pm) - bad work culture for those who actually do the work like developers, devops, api dev (except project management role) -no training for freshers - high expectation from interns who are freshers and are allotted huge project with lack of time to learn and do it and if work not completed in timeline need to sit 24 hours in 7 days in a week or else get blamed for incapability - need to bluff to survive in this company in certain project (also be very confident), in the end the boss dunno if project is actually getting completed...Read More
