Good company overall except some departments

The opensource department (PHP) is not as good as company's culture as too much micromanagement is there. No good projects and not good environment at officein the department. otherwise simform is a ok ok company.

Despite recent changes in the company's management style and approach, there have beer some positive aspects that I believe are worth acknowledging. One of the most significant sources of positivity has been the wonderful colleagues I've had the privilege of working with. Their dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit have made even challenging projects more manageable. Having good people around me has been a source of motivation and support, and it's a testament to the quality of individuals the company attracts. It's important to recognize and appreciate the strengths within the team, and I hope the company will leverage these qualities to foster a more inclusive and productive work environment in the future.

I've observed some significant changes in the company's approach, and unfortunately, they haven't been positive. The move towards micro-management and increased focus on office politics has been palpable. This shift in dynamics has had a noticeable impact on the work environment. One of the most disappointing aspects has been the review process. It seems that rather than constructive feedback, blame is being placed on employees. This approach is counterproductive and demotivating. Additionally, the lack of fair increments based on individual performance is disheartening.
