I've observed some significant changes in the company's approach, and unfortunately, they haven't been positive. The move towards micro-management and increased focus on office politics has been palpable. This shift in dynamics has had a noticeable impact on the work environment. One of the most disappointing aspects has been the review process. It seems that rather than constructive feedback, blame is being placed on employees. This approach is counterproductive and demotivating. Additionally, the lack of fair increments based on individual performance is disheartening.
