Gaurav dalal is abusive on employees and he keeps his disgusted eyes on every girl at office. There will be new stupid policies every month, so they can control there employees and cut their salaries for stupid reasons. There are multiple other reasons too, Management is pathetic, HR don't listen to you. Unnecessarily salary cuts, Salary will be credited after half month gone They don't like if you help your colleague or vice versa you have to work on even sunday or when you are on leave. I've endured 8 months at Silver Grey, and it's a total mess. The rules change randomly, and HR doesn't give a hoot about you. They can fire you on the spot. They hire too many people for the same job and then randomly fire some. The HR sells this place as a cozy home, but it's more like a nightmare factory.
