Very good company those from IT or Computer technology. They hire peoples from electrical or mechanical background for specific projects but after project complition they will shift you in IT domein projects or where they want ( specially for freshers, because they can understand easily) . They recruit freshers with two years of bond with no apparaisel( sometimes they give after 1 year) . After completing of two years of bond they give apparaisel but it depends on performance. In my case they gave me 20% hike on total ctc, which was enough for me me and i am from electrical background so i wanted to work on my domain but they shifted me another project, so I left the job and found new one. NO WORK FROM HOME, They need to adapt CMM level 5 policy not just certificate. Their policies are not employee friendly, a employee need to serve 90 days notice period but company can release employee any day of serving period and no compensation would be given. Minimum 6 hours per day you have to maintain else u would be fined withhalf day even just whole week you worked for 12 hours every day. Can give good package if demand is high..but can ask you to leave any point of time if associate not needed any more. Internal politics is very bad. 2-3 managers run the company , no one can go against them even if you r right. If people go against them they say you are spreading negativity in company and ask to leave on same day.
