It is great working with this organisation but if i talk about management for getting something done it's really slow in responding, still working on papers for even a paid leave and salaries.

Dislikes

Not working in systematic manner, still working on papers for even a paid leave, salaries given via cheques. Not happy with management at all.

There is nothing to like about the company. The employees tolerates the managers just because of their incentive which they give after 3-4 months.

Dislikes

I don't like the managers who do not appreciate. They just pressurise you. You have to spend your own money and it takes 200-300 per day.

Worst company I ever worked for.....only worked there for 1.5 months as senior QA......first of all they don't have infrastructure at all......they don't have normal policies.....if you want to go out of the building then you'll have to get approval from operations manager then guards will allow you to go out.......if it is your bday then you can't cut the cake inside the building you will have to go out on road.......and the most worst if the team leader of max life insurance Rajesh bushahri he thinks he is the owner of the company.......who don't have manners to talk to anyone........he just got few girls in his team and he also behave like girls...... totally idiot or insane......that idiot might had bad experience with quality team because of which he used to behave badly with everyone in quality team bi have never seen such an idiot he only used to do one thing that was pin pointing me for the things he don't even know and my manager he never supported me......he knew that this idiot was misbehaving with his team but he never ever tried to resolve it he was just there as a puppet.........it is better to work in a factory than working here...........Read More

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners.

This job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions.i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helper me get a taste of different roles within the same team .
