Worst management, no proper working hours you have to come on time but there is no time to leave the office. Some times you have to come on week off too. Washroom is like Indian railway’s washroom. Abusive language use on the floor. There are no time to Credit your incentive, some time it will take 3-4 months. If someone is dying then also they will force you to come office. And many more things to tell about the company....Read More

I liked that this company really encourages every individual for good growth , even though company gives less salary packages but still there are many opportunities for the next level. Easily you can grow yourself.

Dislikes

Shift timings sometimes aren't good when strech is required. Salary slab should be increased a bit.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Working in Silaris has been a great experience for me. The company is open to adapt any kind of change in real time without affecting the process. I was in the pre-sales team where we provide queries to the customers before the sale of any product. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, they also cancel your week off. They even force you to do overtime and put a lot of pressure in it. Despite doing OT and giving full time logging salary count was less than calculated and the best part no one really cares. I have completed six months and didn't receive a salary slip once. Lots of favoritism done by the organization and every individual people working over there. Management needs to be changed for the betterment of this firm....Read More
