It is great place to work. Management is excellent. Policy are awesome . It will be great if siemens offer it's share to employee as other company offers . Siemens should correct salary structure as per market standard. It is doing but required little push to do it as per market

The work culture is very relaxed. There isn't much work pressure on anyone. The learning curve is very good. You get a reasonably good salary hike year on year.

Dislikes

Nothing much to say. The only disappointment you'll have at times is that you would find that the new joiners even at times with lesser experience get better pay than the existing ones.

Job security is a plus. The work environment is relaxed. For work travel, an Amex card is provided, which is partially useful. Work-life balance is great.

Dislikes

Management is childish- enforcement of trivial rules. Training budget exists, but trying to use it wastes a lot of energy. Career growth is plainly time-bound and unexciting. Growing within the company in terms of salary isn't attractive- come in from outside and it'll be good. Travel policies are bad- no per-diem, have to keep the receipts for all transactions. Might end up losing personal money travelling for business. Politics exists, in management, in HR. More than organisational, it can be experienced within various teams. The work environment is dull- very few engagement activities or HR-related activities are conducted. Quarterly team outings and birthday celebrations are the only 'non-work' engagement activities happening, mostly like a ritual. No policy for work-from-home, but managers do it....Read More
