They don't care whether you do any work during office hours or not just being there is and drink coffee 10 times is fine for them. Perfact example of modern slavery, they buy your time, and let them do whatever they want with you. Management talks about manipulated numbers, numbers are always bad in october as it is increment cycle of technical work force and always good in february as it is increment cycle of senior management. Company is good if you are about to retire in 5-10 years, but not recommended for freshers as there is no learning scope for medern technology and they will unnecessarily spend their energy on politics to save their job....Read More
