Management is childish- enforcement of trivial rules. Training budget exists, but trying to use it wastes a lot of energy. Career growth is plainly time-bound and unexciting. Growing within the company in terms of salary isn't attractive- come in from outside and it'll be good. Travel policies are bad- no per-diem, have to keep the receipts for all transactions. Might end up losing personal money travelling for business. Politics exists, in management, in HR. More than organisational, it can be experienced within various teams. The work environment is dull- very few engagement activities or HR-related activities are conducted. They don't care whether you do any work during office hours or not just being there is and drink coffee 10 times is fine for them. Perfact example of modern slavery, they buy your time, and let them do whatever they want with you. Management talks about manipulated numbers, numbers are always bad in october as it is increment cycle of technical work force and always good in february as it is increment cycle of senior management.
