Company has lost the focus, management only talks about why this team is not in office, how much hours this team spends in office. They don't care whether you do any work during office hours or not just being there is and drink coffee 10 times is fine for them. Perfact example of modern slavery, they buy your time, and let them do whatever they want with you. Management talks about manipulated numbers, numbers are always bad in october as it is increment cycle of technical work force and always good in february as it is increment cycle of senior management. Company is good if you are about to retire in 5-10 years, but not recommended for freshers as there is no learning scope for medern technology and they will unnecessarily spend their energy on politics to save their job....Read More

Siemens Digital Industries has very good company culture and Long Term Service (LTS) benefit program and health insurance. Work life balance is okay (3 days mandatory office). One of the best company for long-term job security. Ownership culture is very good for individual contributors.

Dislikes

Salary is okay compared to market standards and there are no other benefits apart from LTS and insurance. Investment in skill development is limited only to manager's favorites. Far too much office politics, blame game and toxic work environment. Management is biased and believe the feedback from favorites without verifying the facts from other parties. Very poor conflict management.

However at one point of time your learning stops and less chance of growth in the company as people are not leaving the company it results into slow promotions your position will upgrade after 4-5 years. Also salary hike is average.
