My husband worked in shocleaf 2 yr back....in COVID....he was not paid for his work of 4-5 months.....mental tortured... unexpected unbelievable targets to achieve.....the manager over there is such ruthless lady...i don't remember her name....that 4-5 months was the worst months of his life...And now my husband is no more....he didn't even pay me something for my loss ...such a cruel company...i suggest everyone to do not join this organization......Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
