The senior-level management is not only excessively egoistic but also utterly disinterested in the growth of articles. They assign only repetitive, low-quality audit tasks, which are carried out without any standardization or proper process. Once the work is assigned, they completely forget about it, leaving articles to fend for themselves without guidance or clarity. The firm’s client base is laughably small, consisting solely of private companies with turnovers under ₹50 crores, offering zero exposure to significant or challenging work. To make matters worse, the firm only handles audit work, providing no diversity in tasks or opportunities for learning about other domains like taxation.
