The company environment is good and i feel that my job is secure this is automobile sector all factors depend in market if automobile market is grow than company and employ also grow the conclusion is all is well. thanks

My routine work is Team handling coordination with financers customer handling weekly visit in our territory and micro market maintain good relation with key customers reporting on daily basis work for company profitability

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
