I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Co-workers were so friendly. No targets, flexible working culture. Limited task, and repetitive work.

Dislikes

1. Manager of demand generation team, was office admin and then company hired him as a demand generation manager with internal reference from CTO. He always treat employees that he is decision maker and can take any decisions. 2. If you are girl and ready to entertain your manager, then you will enjoy working here😅 3. No salary increment policy.
